Questions

Do my customers need an app?

No app is needed to open the page — it opens as soon as they tap. Google or Yelp may ask your customer to sign in before they post a review; most customers are already signed in on their phone.

Is there really no monthly fee?

Really. You pay once for the cards. Hosting your info page is included free with the bundle, and basic page updates are free too.

What if I need to change my phone number or services?

Call or text us and we update your page free. Your card points at the page, so the card itself never needs reprinting. One exception: the two review cards are locked to your Google and Yelp review pages — if a review link ever has to change, call us and we’ll tell you the options for that card.

How long until my cards arrive?

We pack and ship every bundle ourselves. We’ll confirm your ship date and expected delivery date when you order — before you pay. Setup takes about 5 minutes once it arrives.

My business isn’t on Google or Yelp yet — can I still get the bundle?

Yes. Your digital business card and info page work right away. The review cards point at your Google and Yelp pages, so you’ll need those listings first — claiming them is free, and on the order call we can point you to the right place to do it.

Do the cards come pre-programmed?

No — and that’s on purpose: your cards carry YOUR links, and only you have those. Setup takes about 5 minutes and we do the heavy lifting: scan the QR code in the box, enter your business name + website, and our agent locates your Google review link and Yelp page. You check and confirm, we build your info page, and dead-simple guided steps (a free NFC app) walk you through writing each card with a tap. Stuck at any step? Text us and we’ll walk you through it — free.

What phones work with the cards?

Most iPhones and Android phones from the last several years — your customer just holds their phone near the card and the page opens. If a customer’s phone can’t read the tap, they can still find you on Google or Yelp by searching your business name, the same as today.

Can I order this as a gift for someone else’s business?

Yes — call or text (832) 779-6111 with their business name and where to send it. We’ll confirm we have the right business on that same call or text, include your gift message, and ship it — to their shop, or to you to hand over. They set it up in about 5 minutes after it arrives: they scan the QR code, we find their Google and Yelp pages, they confirm, we build their info page, and guided steps write their cards. If they get stuck, we’ll walk them through it by text — they pay nothing, for the bundle or the setup help. Either way, we don’t ship a gift until you’ve paid — and there’s no account for them to sign up for: the page is free and there’s no subscription.

What if a card won’t tap when it arrives?

Tell us — we fix it or replace it free. If a card arrives not working, that’s on us. And your info page carries a QR code backup that opens the same page, so you’re never stuck while a replacement is on its way.

Rather have reviews handled for you?

Yes — that’s a separate, optional paid service, not part of this bundle. We run review-request systems for owners who’d rather have the asking done for them — under the same rules as these cards: no promised counts, no rewards, no asking only happy customers.
