Proof, not promises

Proof of Work

We run RescueProfit on RescueProfit. No stock photos of fake clients, no invented case studies — just our real operation, updated weekly. We're our own first client, and this page is the receipt.

Our email engine

This is the same machine we'd build for you: verified problems, honest copy, tested relentlessly. Here's what it actually does, in real numbers.

125

cold emails per day — the portfolio ceiling

Our Smartlead account

Eleven active campaigns across three sending mailboxes (alex@, kevin@, doris@), held to a combined ceiling of 125 sends a day. The ceiling is deliberate: one mailbox is capped low while its sender reputation recovers, and deliverability always outranks volume. Not a vanity total — it's the most we'll send without hurting the mailboxes.

174

leads screened per day

Our screening pipeline

Every lead is checked for a real, fixable problem before it ever gets an email. No fixable issue means no pitch — the lead is banked or archived, never spammed.

1+1

verified issue + dead-estimate angle per email

Our copy standard

Every email carries one verified problem we actually found on the prospect's business, plus the dead-estimate angle. We never fabricate an issue to get a reply.

2

live A/B tests running

Our testing queue

A send-timing test (7am–3pm vs 8am–5pm windows) and an opener/offer test (bold opener vs 10 free content-system setups) run continuously. Winners get adopted; losers get retired. We test on ourselves first.

The negative-KPI guard

Any campaign that draws a spam complaint or crosses a 5% bounce rate is paused immediately — no debate, no 'let's see how it goes.' Deliverability is the asset; volume never outranks it. That's the same standard we'd run your outreach on.

The fix log

Every problem we find in our own operation — and what we did about it. This is the work most companies hide. We publish it.

  1. 2026-10-15

A full-site audit found our flagship Sales & Office Manager page hiding its own price behind a free assessment — and quoting wage math we'd banned from our own copy.

Fix: Published the price ($597/mo + $500 setup), removed the hiring-math block, and rebuilt the page around the real process: test her yourself first, then start — or take the 7-day free Try.

  2. 2026-10-12

Our content-posting state file had a JSON syntax error from the previous write (stray closing brace), and two published posts were missing from it entirely.

Fix: Repaired the JSON while registering both missed posts; all nine entries now parse cleanly.

  3. 2026-10-11

Our own scheduled tasks had drifted into noise — hourly briefs, three duplicate content jobs, and broken watchers firing ~9 touches a day.

Fix: Applied all five approved fixes: killed the hourly brief, disabled the duplicates and broken watchers; briefs consolidated to morning, midday, and evening.

  4. 2026-10-10

Eleven email variants across our live campaigns were scoring below our spam-safety bar.

Fix: Fixed every variant live — removed deceptive "re:" subjects, reworded the CTA, replaced the breakup opener; re-audit verified 19/19 variants at 9/10 or better.

  5. 2026-10-05

Our blog-publish and chat API routes were silently never registered — the code called a TanStack function that doesn't exist in the installed version.

Fix: Repaired all three routes, verified the 401/400 error handling, and pushed to main; the live deploy rides on the next Publish → Update.

  6. 2026-10-05

The garage-door lead scraper crashed on a batch-dedupe sentinel bug, halting our supplemental lead supply.

Fix: Fixed the bug the same morning; the re-run completed cleanly and inserted 10 new leads.

  7. 2026-10-04

Site audit found 39 wrong-niche strings live on our own B2B site ("garage door spring", "homeowner" language on pages selling to commercial clients).

Fix: Replaced all 39 with commercial-kitchen language the same day; verified zero remain.

  8. 2026-10-04

Three guide pages still showed 5 steps while our social posts promised 10 — a trust gap for anyone who clicked through.

Fix: Expanded all three to the full 10-step format, matching the other seven guides.

  9. 2026-10-03

A bad delete wiped 47 lead records from our Wave 0 format-test campaign, dropping it to 353/400.

Fix: Identified 47 verified substitutes, moved them in, restored the campaign to 400/400.

  10. 2026-10-03

The Issue-Based campaign stalled with dead addresses in the send list.

Fix: Removed 5 dead addresses, reactivated with 6 clean leads and a verified sequence.

  11. 2026-10-02

The missed-call campaign's send volume was climbing faster than its sender warm-up.

Fix: Dialed it back to 20/day. Deliverability first, volume second — always.

  12. 2026-10-01

A sequence update accidentally wiped 3 of 4 email steps on one campaign.

Fix: Restored all steps from the saved backup the same day; added a full-replace safeguard to the runbook.
